Vodka-based cocktails
Definition: Vodka: - A clear spirit that is generally made from grain, but can be distilled from other starches such as potatoes, corn and beets. Vodkas are commonly flavoured with essences of citrus or other fruits, or spices such as pepper.
Espresso Martini £5.00
Using Finlandia Classic vodka, Kahlua and a shot of cold coffee with a hint of vanilla syrup, an alcoholic espresso is created. Perfect for coffee-lovers and vodka drinkers alike.
Glacial Flower £5.00
Finlandia, elderflower cordial, sugar syrup, lemon juice, egg white and cherries combine to make a well-balanced drink with a floral aroma, due to the Peychaud’s bitters garnish. Try it for yourself!
Mango Mule £5.20
A Moscow Mule with a mango twist. Using Finlandia Mango vodka, fresh lime and a dash of Angostura bitters, topped with crushed ice and ginger ale, this drink will buck you off, if you give it a chance!
The Bitter End £5.70
Vodka and Campari are a daring mix in this cocktail. Orange juice and vanilla syrup keep it sweet, whilst lemon juice makes it sour. Add egg white for a smooth texture and you have a very interesting drink. Like the name, it is bitter, but you want to drink it until the end!
Honeyberry Collins £6.20
Krupnik honeyed vodka liqueur adds a touch of class to this drink. Fresh lemon juice, raspberries and honey syrup provide the sweet and sour balance needed for this delicate cocktail. An original modern classic.
Gin-based cocktails
Definition: Gin: - A spirit whose predominant flavour is derived from juniper berries. The name gin is derived from either the French genièvre or the Dutch jenever, which both mean "juniper”
Elderflower Martini £5.00
Bombay Sapphire gin, combined with soft tones of apricot liqueur and elderflower cordial. Add a dash of apple juice, a squeeze of fresh lemon and a few drops of sugar syrup and you have a strong summery drink, fruity and delicate.
Sapphire Collins £5.50
Bombay Sapphire gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and soda combine to make one of the all time classic cocktails. Supposedly created by Tom Collins in Limmer’s Hotel, Conduit Street, London, it’s powerful but perfect.
Hendrick’s Kick 5.90
A different type of gin- Hendrick’s is unique in its flavour, because as well as the traditional juniper, it is infused with a cucumber mash, making this cocktail one of a kind. The addition of cucumber, mint and lime juice, as well as a small dash of elderflower cordial make this one a staple for any serious gin drinker.
Tequila-based cocktails
Definition: Tequila:- An alcoholic liquor distilled from the fermented juice of the Central American century plant Agave tequilana.
Margarita £5.00 (with fruit £5.50)
Everybody knows it, but here at Starz we like to think we have the best recipe. Tequila, triple sec and lime juice. Sit back and enjoy.
Lucky Lily Margarita £5.00
A margarita with a difference! We have tequila and lime like normal, but a honey and pineapple combination replaces the triple sec, with a dash of pepper keeping things interesting.
Rude Grande Cosmo £5.60
So you’ve had a Cosmopolitan before? Not like this one you haven’t! Tequila replaces vodka, Grand Marnier replaces triple sec and grenadine replaces cranberry juice, with a dash of lime juice to keep things balanced. This is a serious drink, so be warned!
Rum-based cocktails
Definition: Rum:- A distilled alcoholic beverage made from sugarcane by-products such as molasses and sugarcane juice by a process of fermentation and distillation. The distillate, a clear liquid, is then usually aged in oak and other barrels.
Bloody Cubanito £5.00
Like a Bloody Mary, but with rum, this isn’t a hangover cure, it’s a hangover guarantee! Dark rum mixed with tomato juice, lemon juice, olives, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Approach with caution!
Daiquiri £5.20 (with fruit £5.70)
A drink everybody knows and loves: try it in its purest form with Bacardi, triple sec, and lime juice, or go for a fruit daiquiri for a sweeter concoction- if you’re stuck for ideas, ask your bartender to make one up for you specially!
Mojito £5.30
Another classic cocktail- Bacardi rum, mint, lime and sugar with a dash of Angostura bitters for good measure, topped up with crushed ice and soda to make the perfect Mojito- refreshing, relaxing and wonderful.
Starz Bacardi Cocktail £5.50
Bacardi is mixed with Cointreau, maraschino cherry syrup and lime to create a Bacardi and Starz classic!
My Tie £6.50
Dark and white rum make for a heady mix with the addition of triple sec, fresh orange and lemon juice, with a dash of almond syrup to keep things interesting.
Whiskey-based cocktails
Definition: Whiskey:- Whisky or whiskey is a type of alcoholic beverage distilled from fermented grain mash. Different grains are used for different varieties, including barley, malted barley, rye, malted rye, wheat, and maize.
Apricot Sour £5.50
Using the exceptional and unique Maker’s Mark whiskey means that this drink doesn’t compromise. Utilising Apricot Brandy, apple juice and apricot jam for the flavour, with lemon juice and egg white added for balance and smoothness. Truly a drink of champions!
Battle of the Julep £6.50
Using the outrageously delicious Woodford Reserve, we combine mint, sugar syrup, cherries, lime juice and a dash of maraschino liqueur to create a drink that won Battle of The Bars last year. Original and delicious!
Brandy-based cocktails
Definition: Brandy: - A liquor distilled from wine and aged in wood, which contributes flavour and colour. The finest of all brandies is Cognac, closely followed by Armagnac. The name brandy comes from the Dutch brandewijin, meaning "burned (distilled) wine."
Alexander the Great £5.00
A drink containing brandy, cherry liqueur and dark chocolate liqueur and cream, shaken with ice and strained delicately into a cocktail glass. A twist on the classic Brandy Alexander.
Brandy Crusta £5.80
A crusta is a sour-type drink served in a glass that is completely lined with an orange or a lemon peel. With our brandy crusta, we use brandy, Maraschino cherry liqueur, Cointreau, lemon juice and sugar syrup, lining our glass with a lemon peel and a sugared rim, for a beautiful finish to a simply stunning drink.
Pear & Cardamom Sidecar £6.50
A couple of cardamom pods, mixed with Martell VSOP Cognac, Triple Sec & Xante Pear Liqueur for a fiery fruity taste with fresh lemon juice adding the sour balance.

Passion With The Starz £5.40
Tuaca liqueur mixed with grapefruit juice, and passion fruit syrup provides the flavour for this drink, and lime juice and egg white provide the balance and smooth texture.
Tuaca ‘n’ Berry £5.40
Tuaca liqueur mixed with raspberries form the base of this drink. The addition of apple juice and caramel syrup as well as lime bring out the flavours of the Tuaca to make a delicious cocktail.
